In recent times, polymer rotational moulding technology has become key technology due to its special advantages in the production of complex hollow products. This technology enables a precise design and manufacturing of products with internal cavities and complex geometric features. As a result, a higher level of accuracy, uniform wall thickness and high material strength can be achieved, which is crucial for many applications. The first part of the thesis contains a description of the development of the test device intended for prototyping hollow products at the Laboratory for nonlinear mechanics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. All steps leading from the design of the concept to the finished prototype are comprehensively presented. The following chapter describes the construction, connection and start-up of the device. This is followed by a description of the research methodology and a report on the caried out tests. Next, in the Results and Discussion chapter, in which all the included results obtained during the tests, calculations and measurements are shown and commented.
