Abstract
Zaradi velikega povpraševanja po vključevanju sončnih elektrarn v nizko napetostno distribucijsko omrežje se pojavlja vprašanje, zakaj distributerji električne energije omejujejo moč novih še ne priključenih proizvodnih enot. Diplomsko delo temelji na analizi razmer v izbrani priključni točki in posledično v nizko napetostnem omrežju, v katerega je vključena sončna elektrarna s preveliko inštalirano močjo. V analizi so podrobneje obravnavani nekateri najpomembnejši parametri kakovosti napetosti, ki ob vključevanju sončnih elektrarn negativno vplivajo na kakovost električne energije pri odjemalcih. Ovrednotenje analiziranih parametrov temelji na standardu SIST EN 50160, ki opisuje značilnosti napetosti v javnih razdelilnih omrežjih. V diplomskem delu je za lažje razumevanje opravljene analize opisan tudi elektroenergetski sistem in njegovo obratovanje, standard SIST EN 50160, delovanje sončnih elektrarn in navodila za priključevanje in obratovanje proizvodnih naprav v DEEO.

Title:Impact of solar power plants on voltage quality of a low voltage distribution network
Abstract:
Due to high demand for integrating solar power plants into low voltage distribution networks, the question arises why electricity distributors limit the capacity of the new connected generation units. The thesis is based on an analysis of conditions at a selected connection point and subsequently in the low voltage network, where a solar power plant with excessive installed capacity is integrated. The analysis provides a detailed examination of some of the most important voltage quality parameters that have a negative impact on the quality of electric power for consumers when solar power plants are connected. The evaluation of the analyzed parameters is based on the SIST EN 50160 standard, which describes voltage characteristics in public distribution networks. To facilitate the understanding of the analysis, the thesis also presents the electric power system and its operation, the SIST EN 50160 standard, the operation of solar power plants, and instructions for connecting and operating generation units in the low voltage distribution network.
