The thesis focuses on the analysis of production, production documentation and optimization possibilities. In the theoretical part, we explored the basic concepts of production preparation, including structural, technological and operational preparation. We also discussed manual assembly, ergonomics and their impact on the production process. We studied lean methods and paid special attention to the 5S method.
In the practical part of the task, we described the current situation in the company, developed new production documentation, including a description of the product structure, bill of materials and manufacturing instructions. We also recorded the activities, where we determined the tasks, prepared for the recording, determined the number of necessary recordings and evaluated the results with the help of a control chart. We also measured times at one of the workplaces and prepared a recording sheet. At the end, we made suggestions for improving the process. We created a new proposal for setting up production, which is more suitable according to several criteria. We also organized one workplace in accordance with the principles of the 5S method and described the work process.
