Varilni manipulator za pomoč pri varjenju bobnov vinskih pnevmatskih stiskalnic

V podjetju želimo pospešiti in avtomatizirati postopek varjenja bobnov. Končni izdelek, boben, je skupaj zvarjen iz podnic in plašča. Da bi rešili ta problem, smo se odločili za izdelavo manipulatorja, ki bo vrtel delno zvarjeni boben, medtem ko bo varilni robot varil obod. Manipulator ima možnost prilagajanja glede na velikost bobnov ter pozicijo zvarnega spoja. Manipulator je bil razvit, izdelan in preizkušen. Največje razlike v primerjavi s prejšnjim postopkom, ročnim varjenjem, se pokažejo pri estetiki zvara ter učinkovitosti oz. času varjenja.

Izvleček

In company we want to speed up and automate the process of welding pressure vessels. The final product, the pressure vessel, is welded together from the base and the mantle. To solve this problem, we decided to build a manipulator that will rotate the partially welded drum, while the welding robot welds the perimeter. The manipulator can be adjusted according to the size of the drums and the position of the weld joint. Manipulator was designed, made and tested. The biggest differences compared to the previous process, which was manual welding, are in the aesthetics of the weld and the efficiency or welding time.
