Abstract
V diplomskem delu se obravnava lasersko označevanje na nerjavnem jeklu in vpliv osnovnih parametrov za črno oznako. Namen dela je iskanje optimalnih parametrov in laserskega sistema, ki zagotavlja dovolj kontrastne oznake. Oznake smo opravili z laserskim sistemom, sestavljenim iz vlakenskega laserja, skenirne glave, programskega vmesnika in pozicionirnega sistema. Na vzorcih smo naredili matrike iz oznak, kjer smo spreminjali moč laserja, dolžino trajanja bliska in prekrivanje. Eksperimenti so bili izdelani na vzorcih iz nerjavnega jekla AISI 304 in debeline 1 mm. Rezultate smo ovrednotili glede na kontrast in hrapavost oznak ter jih predstavili skupaj s parametri označevanja. Iz dobljenih rezultatov smo določili primerno oznako za našo aplikacijo in poiskali sistem, ki zagotavlja izdelovanje primernih črnih oznak.

Title:Laser production of marking plates for electrical conductors
Abstract:
Diploma work presents laser markings on stainless steel together with the influence of basic parameters on black markings. In the thesis we tried to obtain the optimal parameters in laser system which ensures sufficient contrast markings. They were produced with laser system consisting of a fiber laser, laser scan head, laser system interface and laser positioning system. Samples were matrix-assisted meaning that laser power, laser light length and overlapping were changing. All the samples were performed on stainless steel AISI 304 1.5 mm thickness. Results were evaluated according to marking contrast and roughness and presented together with marking parameters. The results obtained enabled us to label our application as well as to search for the system that provides production of adequate black markings.
