Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali razvoj in vpeljavo avtomatizirane celice za montažo in končno kontrolo dvorednih drsnih ležajev v proizvodnjo. Na začetku smo predstavili lastnosti in strukturo dvorednega drsnega ležaja ter s prototipno montažo predstavili njegov način sestavljanja. Nato smo izvedli analizo PFMEA, s katero smo pred zasnovo in izdelavo naprave ugotovili potencialne napake, ki bi se lahko pojavile v procesu. Odkrite napake smo upoštevali pri zasnovi stroja in s tem preprečili možnost nastanka kasnejših stroškov pri izdelavi stroja. Po zaključeni analizi smo se lotili razvoja variant konceptov naprave. Na podlagi analiz in vrednotenja možnih konceptov smo izdelali napravo za avtomatizirano montažo ležajev. Opisali in predstavili smo postopek zagona serije na postavljeni avtomatski celici ter vpeljali dodatno kontrolo izdelkov. Na podlagi dobljenih končnih rezultatov smo v zaključku diplomske naloge proučili možnosti za morebitne izboljšave, ki bi jih lahko izvedli na napravi.

Title:Development and implementation of automated assembly cell for assembly of double-row slide bearings
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis, we discussed the development and introduction into production, automated mounting cells for assembly and the final control of the double-row slide bearings. At the beginning of the theoretical part, we presented the characteristics and structure of the double-row slide bearing and presented its assembly method with prototype assembly. Then we performed a PFMEA analysis and ruled out any potential problems that could later in the process before designing and manufacturing. The detected errors were considered in the design of the machine, thus preventing the possibility of further expenses in the manufacturing of the automated mounting cells. After the completed analysis, we developed assembly theoretical concepts. Based on the analysis and validation of the concepts, we made a device for automated mounting of bearings. We described and presented the process of starting the batch on the installed automatic cell and introduced additional product control. At the conclusion of the thesis, we examined options for possible improvements that could be made to the device based on the obtained results.
