Due to rapid technological growth, employees in industrial companies are constantly facing new challenges, risks and opportunities. New technology is also changing the skills that individuals need to do their jobs effectively and efficiently and to pursue the company's goals. Training management plays a key role in ensuring that all the necessary knowledge, competences and skills are achieved. It is essential that the employee's desire for growth and development is mutual. Both on the part of the company, which strives for continuous improvement, and on the part of the employee, who strives for his or her own professional development. It is important that the company is aware that successful transfer of knowledge into practice also requires employee satisfaction with the training. It is therefore essential that companies monitor it and take action in the event of any deviations found. One of the ways to get feedback from participants is to conduct a questionnaire survey. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the current level of employee satisfaction with the training provided at Hidria d. o. o. by means of a questionnaire and to show which training courses the employees are more satisfied with and which ones they are less satisfied with. All the factors or elements that influence the assessment of employee satisfaction will be shown. The results of the analysis show that employees are satisfied with the choice of training providers, but not with the training material. The thesis concludes by recommending actions that would enable the company's human resources department, responsible for training organisation, to improve the situation of the most critical factors.
