Abstract
Diplomsko delo prikazuje postopek priprave, oblikovanja in testiranja nove grafične podobe ter komunikacijskih materialov za Digitalno inovacijsko stičišče Healthwise, ki se sooča z izzivom neuspešne komunikacije s ključnimi deležniki in uporabniki, zaradi pretekle nejasne in slabo opredeljene podobe in neusklajenih komunikacijskih materialov. Teoretični del zajema pregled poslovnega podpornega okolja, pri čemer je poseben poudarek namenjen novo nastalim digitalnim inovacijskim stičiščem. Podrobneje so opisane njihove funkcije, delovanje ter ciljna publika. Nadalje je predstavljena blagovna znamka in njena povezava z vizualno identiteto organizacije, vključno s sestavnimi grafičnimi elementi. Prav tako je posebej obravnavan trženjski vidik blagovne znamke. Na koncu teoretičnega dela je opredeljen komunikacijski sistem organizacij, uporaba materialov ter posebnosti in obveznosti pri komunikaciji in diseminaciji projektov, ki jih podpira Evropska unija. V eksperimentalnem delu je najprej izvedena analiza digitalnega inovacijskega stičišča in konkurenčnih organizacij, specializiranih za podjetja na področju zdravja, vključno z njihovimi komunikacijskimi materiali. Nato je skozi proces oblikovanja posameznih elementov (logotipa, barvne palete, tipografije, ikonografije) ter komunikacijskih materialov predstavljena nova vizualna podoba digitalnega inovacijskega stičišča. Z evalvacijo s ključnimi deležniki je bila potrjena jasnost in enotnost nove podobe.

Title:
Designing communication materials for healthcare focused digital innovation hub
Abstract:
The diploma thesis presents the process of preparation, design, and testing of a new visual identity and communication materials for the Healthwise Digital Innovation Hub, which faces the challenge of unsuccessful communication with key stakeholders and users due to a past unclear visual elements and uncoordinated communication materials. The theoretical part provides an overview of the business support environment, with a specific focus on emerging digital innovation hubs, their functioning, and target group. Furthermore, it discusses the brand and its connection to an organization’s visual identity and its graphic elements. The marketing aspect of the brand is also addressed. The theoretical part concludes with the definition of the communication system of organizations, the use of communication materials, and the specifics and obligations of communication and dissemination of projects supported by the European Union. The experimental part begins with an analysis of the Healthwise Digital Innovation Hub and competing organizations specialized in the health sector, including their communication materials. Subsequently, the newly developed visual identity of the digital innovation hub is presented through the process of designing individual elements (logo, color palette, typography, iconography) and communication materials. The clarity and consistency of the new visual identity were confirmed through evaluation with target stakeholders.
