Abstract
Pri tlačnem litju aluminija hlajenje in predgrevanje orodja predstavljata pomemben del analize kakovosti izdelka in predvsem življenjske dobe orodja. V okviru zaključne naloge je najprej opisan proces tlačnega litja in metoda končnih elementov, ki smo jo nato uporabili za toplotno analizo gibljive gravure med procesom litja pri dveh različnih režimih temperiranja. Na koncu analiziramo razlike v temperaturnem polju, ki so posledica različnih načinov temperiranja.

Title:Thermal analysis of two methods of tempering a flexible plate in a die for aluminum die casting
Abstract:
During aluminum die casting, cooling and preheating of the casting tool present an important factor in the analysis of product quality, and more importantly, die lifespan. Within the scope of the final thesis first we describe die casting and the finite element method, which is then used for the thermal analysis of a flexible plate in a die with two different methods of tempering. Ultimately, we analyze the differences in temperature fields that arise due to changes in tempering regimes.
