The thesis deals with the automation of epoxy resin deposition on 3D stickers. The paper presents the development of device specifications, the design process, and the construction of the device. Machine vision is used for detecting the position of 3D stickers. An Arduino microcontroller with the GRBL library is employed for controlling the device. Software has been developed in the Python programming language, enabling communication with the microcontroller, generating G-code, and displaying processed images. Utilizing the OpenCV library, the program interprets the image to determine the position and orientation of the stickers on the device's table. The second part of the thesis includes device testing, replacement of malfunctioning control components, and a financial report with an estimate of the component costs for device fabrication. The thesis concludes with a discussion and final remarks.
