Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti, kako se vzpostavi povezava med pametnim števcem in vgrajenim sistemom Axiomtek za kasnejše branje iz števca z uporabo programa, ki se bo poganjal preko vgrajenega sistema. V prvem delu sta predstavljeni napravi, ki sta bili uporabljeni pri izdelavi diplomskega dela, in sicer pametni števec AM550 proizvajalca Iskraemeco in vgrajeni sistem ICO120-83D proizvajalca Axiomtek, ki je bil uporabljen za komunikacijo s pametnim števcem. V glavnem delu je predstavljen postopek, kako pripravimo in namestimo napravi, da sta pripravljeni za medsebojno komunikacijo. Predstavljeno je branje parametrov iz pametnega števca z uporabo protokola DLMS.

Title:Establishing a connection between the AM550 electricity meter and the ICO120-83D communication system
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to present how to establish a connection between a smart meter and the Axiomtek embedded system for later reading from the meter using a program that will be run through the embedded system. The first part presents the device that was used in the creation of this thesis, namely the smart meter AM550 manufactured by Iskraemeco and the embedded system ICO120-83D manufactured by Axiomtek, which was used to communicate with the smart meter. In the main part, the process of how to prepare and install the devices so that they are ready for mutual communication is presented, and the reading of parameters from a smart meter using the DLMS protocol is presented.
