In the diploma thesis, we discuss the project management for the construction of a hinges assembly machine, which is a project carried out by a company engaged in the production of automated assembly machines for a customer. Project management of machine construction includes planning, organizing, managing and controlling the progress of the project. The entire process of project management is presented, including the analysis of costs, risks, resources and, last but not least, time limits, which are of extreme importance in our case. A schedule of individual activities and a Gantt chart are also attached. The project was carried out on the basis of a new project management system, which the company is still implementing. The Asana and Instagantt programs, which represent the project's online center, helped us in carrying out the project.
