Abstract
V zadnjem času metode meritev kinematike v mehanskih procesih na podlagi obdelave digitalnih slik močno pridobivajo na veljavi, saj omogočajo brezdotično merjenje velikega števila prostostnih stopenj hkrati. Prav tako se z razvojem informacijskih tehnologij veča ponudba programskih orodij v obliki spletnih aplikacij, kar odstrani potrebo po nameščanju programske opreme. Predstavili smo teoretično ozadje metod za identifikacijo pomikov na podlagi obdelave digitalnih slik in orodja za izdelavo spletnih aplikacij. Dotaknili smo se tudi kompleksnejših MIMO sistemov in izdelali program za računanje cenilk frekvenčnih prenosnih funkcij takšnih sistemov ter pokazali različne vplive na rezultat cenilk. Glavni rezultat naloge je bil izdelana spletna aplikacija za računanje pomikov struktur na podlagi obdelave digitalnih slik z možnostjo računanja frekvenčnih prenosnih funkcij.

Title:Development of a Web Application for Image-based identification of structural dynamics
Abstract:
Recently, methods for measuring kinematics in mechanical processes based on digital image processing have been gaining in popularity. These methods allow non-contact and simultaneous measurement of a large number of degrees of freedom. Also, with the development of information technologies, the availability of software tools in the form of web-based applications is increasing, which eliminates the need to install the software. We have presented the theoretical background of methods for identifying displacements based on digital image processing and tools for creating web applications. We also researched MIMO systems and developed a program to compute the frequency response function estimators of such systems and show the different effects on the estimator result. The main result of the thesis was a web application for computing displacements of structures based on digital image processing with the possibility of calculating frequency response functions.
