In this thesis, we addressed the problem of project communication and process optimisation through digitalisation. Communication and process optimisation are considered to be one of the most important things. It is closely linked to the efficiency and productivity of the project or the whole company. In this research work, we first discuss the project and then break down the communication phases that take place between production employees. New digital tools for process optimisation were also presented. Finally, we made suggestions on how the company could improve its processes and communication in future projects.
