Abstract
Voz zvonaste industrijske peči prenaša velike termične in mehanske obremenitve, prav tako pa mora biti med vozom in pečjo zagotovljena plinotesnost. Da se zagotovi varno in pravilno delovanje, je bila izvedena sekvenčna termo-mehanska analiza po metodi končnih elementov. Numerični model za toplotno analizo je bil postavljen na osnovi eksperimenta, rezultati te analize pa so bili nato uporabljeni kot vhodni podatki v mehanski analizi. Do največjih deformacij in napetosti pride zaradi termične obremenitve, ovrednoteno pa je tudi tesnjenje med obratovanjem. V zaključku so predstavljene mogoče izboljšave voza.

Title:Thermo-mechanical analysis of the bogie of an industrial furnace for heat treatment of metals
Abstract:
The bogie of a bell-type industrial furnace is subject to significant thermal and mechanical loads, while also requiring gas tightness between the bogie and the furnace. To ensure safe and proper operation, a sequential thermo-mechanical analysis using finite element method was conducted. The numerical model for thermal analysis was established based on the experiment, and the results of this analysis were subsequently utilized as input data for the mechanical analysis. The most pronounced deformations and stresses occur due to thermal loading, and an evaluation of sealing during operation was also performed. The conclusion presents potential enhancements for the bogie design.
