Razvoj preizkuševališča za testiranje spoja gume s kovino

Abstract
Stabilizator osi cilindrične oblike je sestavljen iz dveh delov, in sicer iz gume in kovine. Spoj gume s kovino je ključnega pomena za doseganje zahtevane življenjske dobe izdelka in pričakovanih karakteristik. Trenutno se v proizvodnji preverja kakovost spoja ročno, kar je neponovljivo in tudi nevarno za operaterja. V nalogi je prikazan razvoj preizkuševališča, ki omogoča zanesljivo, varno in ponovljivo testiranje spojev v serijski proizvodnji. Preizkuševališče vključuje trgalno napravo in vpenjalno orodje. V nalogi je prikazanih več faz razvoja vpenjalnega orodja, opisan je trgalni stroj, računalniško upravljanje ter merilni sistemi. Izvedena je množica testiranj v različnih fazah razvoja, kot tudi validacija preizkuševališča na raziskavi vplivnih parametrov spoja. Validacija je izvedena na seriji testov vzorcev, katerih kovine so bile izpostavljene različnim vplivom in premazane z različnimi razmerji nanosov. Kot rezultat je bilo ugotovljeno, da naključne krivulje sil v odvisnosti od pomika pomenijo slab spoj ter da trgalne sile, večje od 3500 N, napovedujejo ustrezen spoj.

Title:Development of an experimental setup for testing the bond between rubber and metal
Abstract:
The stabilizer of cylindrical shape axis consists of two parts: rubber and metal. The bond between the rubber and metal is crucial for achieving the required product lifetime and expected characteristics. Currently, the quality of the bond is manually checked during production, which is not repeatable and also dangerous for the operator. This thesis presents the development of the experimental setup that enables reliable, safe, and repeatable testing of bonds in serial production. The setup includes a tensile testing device and a clamping tool. The development of the clamping tool is represented in several stages, and the tensile testing device, computer control, and measuring systems are described. Numerous tests are conducted in different stages of development, as well as the validation of the testing setup through a research on the influential parameters of the bond. Validation is performed on a series of sample tests, where metals are exposed to various influences and coated with different ratios of layers. As a result, it was found that random force curves in relation to position indicate a weak bond, while tear forces over 3500 N predict a proper bond.
