The final assignment presents the basics of heat transfer, the derivation of the basic heat transfer equation, and the boundary conditions that may occur during heat transfer. The method of finite volumes, which was used to solve various heat transfer problems, is also presented. The examples of stationary heat transfer were solved in the Mathematica program, and the obtained results were compared with the results obtained in the Abaqus program using the finite element method. Finally, we solved the case of non-stationary heat transfer using two methods, and compared them with each other.
