Članek povzema Toporišičevo prizadevanje za definicijo in terminologijo slovenskih folklornih obrazcev, ki jih raziskujeta paremiologija in frazeologija. Medtem ko je bila pregovorom posvečena precejšnja pozornost (Stanonik 2015: 171-214), skuša tukajšnja obravnava v strokovnem pisanju izslediti medsebojno razmerje terminoloških izrazov rek in reklo, prilika in rečenica.

Abstract

The article summarises Toporošič's efforts concerning the definitions and terminology of the Slovene folklore forms that are studied by paremiology and phraseology. While substantial attention has already been dedicated to proverbs (Stanonik 2015: 171-214), the present article seeks to trace, in the expert literature, the mutual relationship between the terms rek in reklo (saw and saying), prilika (simile) and rečenica (phrase).
