Poljudnoznanstvena publikacija o sedmih čudesih sveta

Diplomsko nalogo temeljim na ilustriranju sedmih čudes (starega) sveta. Likovno me bo zanimalo ustvarjanje ilustracij mešanih tehnik, tematsko pa zgodovinska raziskava čudes. V teoretičnem delu bom raziskoval poljudnoznanstveno ilustracijo, reinterpretacijo stvarne podobe z lastnim likovnim izrazom in iskal primerno obliko publikacije in oblik tovrstnih ilustracij za ciljno skupino mladostnikov. Primerjal bom domišljijsko in znanstveno ilustracijo ter iskal mejo med njima. Sama tematika me zanima s področja geografije in zgodovine, skozi ta vidik bi jo približal tudi mlajšim. Kot končni izdelek želim predstaviti zanimivo publikacijo za mladostnike, namenjeno poučevanju. Dane informacije želim predstaviti na čim bolj zabaven in zanimiv način.

• Title: Popular scientific publication of the seven wonders of the world

Abstract

This thesis is based on illustrating the Seven Wonders of the (Ancient) World. Artistically, I will be interested in creating mixed media illustrations, and thematically, in historical research of the wonders. In the theoretical part, I will research popular scientific illustration, the reinterpretation of a factual image with my own artistic expression, and I will look for a suitable form of publication and forms of such illustrations for the target group of children. I will compare fictional and scientific illustration and look for the boundary line between them. I am interested in the topic itself from a geographical and historical point of view, and through this aspect, I would like to bring it closer to younger people as well. As a final product, I want to present an interesting publication for the target group, intended for teaching. I want to present the given information in the most entertaining and interesting way possible.
