Abstract
Opravili smo 16 preizkusov pri 4 različnih temperaturah (900 °C, 1000 °C, 1100 °C in 1200 °C) in pri dveh različnih hitrostih (0,1 s–1 in 1 s–1). Osem preizkušancev smo odvzeli prečno na smer valjanja, drugih osem pa vzdolž smeri valjanja. S pomočjo simulatorja Gleeble 1500D smo v računalniškem programu Origin izrisali krivulje tečenja in jih primerjali med seboj. Preizkušance smo nato opazovali s svetlobnim mikroskopom Zeiss AxioCam MRc5 in z računalniškim programom Axio Vision SE64 zajeli slike mikrostruktur.

Title:Influence of sampling orientation on hot flow curves of AISI 316L stainless steel : diploma work
Abstract:
We asked ourselves whether the orientation of the sampling affects the deformation characteristics of the steel. Therefore, we decided to perform single-stage pressure tests on 316L stainless steel. We performed the tests on the Gleeble 1500D thermomechanical simulator. We performed 16 tests at 4 different temperatures (900 °C, 1000 °C, 1100 °C in 1200 °C) and at two different speeds (0.1 s-1 and 1 s-1). Eight test subjects were taken transverse to the rolling direction and the other eight along the rolling direction. With the help of the Gleeble 1500D simulator, we plotted the flow curves on the Origin computer program and compared them with each other. Our test subjects were then observed on a Zeiss AxioCam MRc5 microscope and images of the microstructures were captured using the Axio Vision SE64 computer program.
