Arhitekturna zasnova družbeno-gospodarskega središča na Škofljici

V kraju Škofljica, ki se nahaja tik na robu Ljubljane in funkcionira kot spalno naselje, ki napaja mesto z delovno silo, se za doseganje družbenega in znanstvenega razvoja umesti družbeno-gospodarsko središče. Kraj je pravzaprav suburbano okolje, v katerega bi se skušalo s tem središčem dodati novo vrednost, ki bo stremela k bolj urbaniziranemu okolju, kar zagotavlja trajnostno naravnanost družbe ter njen kreativni razvoj. Projekt je zasnovan po načelih meril. Torej proces razvoja projekta je potekal skozi posamezna merila, kjer se je v vsakem merilu ukvarjalo le z določenimi vprašanji, ki so v tistem momentu relevantna. Zaradi raznolikosti programa, ki je umeščen oziroma ima potencial, da se ga lahko umesti v objekt, je glavno vodilo oblikovanja prostorov skozi generalne sobe, ki z različnimi velikosti in proporci omogočajo nastanitev raznolikega programa. Zaradi definiranja različnih sob je narejena tudi raziskava potencialnih programov, kjer je raziskano, kakšne so njihove specifike in zahteve po prostoru in tipologiji. Tudi raziskave referenčnih projektov temeljijo na uporabnosti prostorov oziroma sob, torej kako jih uporabnik koristi in doživlja. Proces nastajanja projekta skozi merila je temeljil na prostoročnih skicah, skozi katere se je raziskovalo potencialne možnosti oblikovanja in odkrivanja prostora. Projekt je prikazan skozi te skice v posameznih merilih, kjer je končni produkt tudi računalniška risba oziroma načrt.

• Title: Architectural design of community-economic center in Škofljica

Abstract

In Škofljica, located just on the edge of Ljubljana and functioning as a dormitory town that feeds the city with workforce, is placed community-economic center to achieve social and scientific development. The place is in fact a suburban setting, to which this centre would seek to add new value, aiming at a more urbanised setting, ensuring the sustainability of society and its creative development. The project is designed according to the principles of the scales. So the process of project development has been through individual scales, where in each scale has been only dealt with certain issues that are relevant at that moment. Due to the diversity of the programme that is placed or has the potential to be placed in the building, the main guideline for the design of the spaces is through the general rooms, which, with their various sizes and proportions, allow for the placement of a diverse programme. In order to define the various rooms, a research of potential programmes is also carried out to find out their specific characteristics and requirements in terms of space and typology. The research of reference projects is also based on the usability of the spaces or rooms, i.e. how they are used and experienced by the user. The process of project creation through the scales was based on freehand sketches through which potential possibilities of design and discovery of the space were explored. The project is shown through these sketches in individual scales, where the final product is also a computer drawing, plan respectively.
