Skupaj na poti v samostojnost: Idejna zasnova inkluzivne večstanovanjske zazidave v Velenju

Dom ni le zavetje, temveč predstavlja predpogoj za uresničevanje drugih človekovih pravic. Opredeljuje družbeni položaj in deluje kot dejavnik družbenih odnosov. Tema naloge se je razvila iz zanimanja o tem, kako bivajo osebe, ki jih družba pogosto označuje in odriva. V nalogi raziščem, kako se kot družba soočamo s to problematiko in kakšen je prenos tega v prostor. Ključni del predstavlja predstavitev posebne oblike bivanja, t. i. stanovanjske skupine, ki so oblike bivanja v manjših skupnostih, v katerih se stanovalci s pomočjo strokovnega osebja učijo samostojnega bivanja in sodelovanja v skupnosti. Temo združim s problematiko stanovanjske oskrbe v Velenju in potencialom strateške lokacije ob Sončnem parku. V projektu razširim koncept integracije in predlagam zasnovo inkluzivne soseske, ki je narejena po meri vseh ljudi in izkorišča potenciale posameznikov v prid skupnosti. Velik poudarek je na raznolikosti, tako skupnosti kot tudi prostora in povečevanju socialnih interakcij. Pojem inkluzije se prenese v zasnovo stanovanj, posameznega objekta, sklopa objektov in celotne zazidave.

• Title: Together towards independence: Conceptual design of an inclusive housing in Velenje

Abstract

A home is not just a safe haven, it is a prerequisite for the realization of other human rights. It determines social position and acts as a factor in social relations. This thesis explores forms of living in relation to those who are often stigmatized and marginalized. It focuses on how we address these issues and how that materializes in space. The central part of the thesis introduces a special form of residency, i. e. residential groups. Within these smaller communities, residents learn to live independently and participate in the community with the help of professional staff. This then maps onto the housing problem in Velenje and the potential of the strategic location by Sončni park. The project expands on the concept of integration and proposes a design for an inclusive neighborhood tailored to all residents. It makes use of the potential of the individuals for the benefit of the community. There is a strong emphasis on diversity when it comes to community and space, and on increasing the frequency of social interactions. The concept of inclusion extends to the design of the apartments, individual buildings, multiple buildings and the whole complex.
