Abstract
Najpomembnejši steber vsake organizacije so ravno njeni zaposleni, zato je pomembno, da organizacija poskrbi za dobro klimo in zadovoljstvo svojih zaposlenih, ki so ključ do uspešnosti same organizacije. Pomembno je, da organizacija skrbi za zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in ga spremlja. Teoretični del diplomskega dela zajema celoto domačih in tujih teorij, virov o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih. Začenja se s predstavitvijo pojma zadovoljstva zaposlenih in dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, metodami analiziranja zadovoljstva zaposlenih. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljeno tudi nezadovoljstvo zaposlenih in posledice, ki se pojavijo ob povečanem nezadovoljstvu zaposlenih v organizaciji. V zadnjem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena analiza, ki je bila opravljena v izbrani organizaciji s pomočjo metode anketiranja in prikazuje stanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih v njej. Rezultati analize bodo koristili vodstvu, saj je z njimi prikazana celotna slika zadovoljstva in njene šibke točke, kot sta izobraževanje in stimulacija, ki ju je smiselno popraviti, da bo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v izbrani organizaciji na najvišji ravni. Pri popravljanju zadovoljstva slabše ocenjenega dejavnika izobraževanja bi bilo smiselno izvesti anketo, na katerih področjih bi se zaposleni lahko izboljšali in kakšne vrste izobraževanja potrebujejo.

Title:
Analysis of employee satisfaction in the selected organization
Abstract:
The most important pillar of any organisation is its employees, which is why it is important to ensure a good climate in the organisation and the satisfaction of its employees, who are the key to the success of the organisation itself. It is important for an organisation to both look after and analyse employee satisfaction through various methods of analysing employee satisfaction. In the theoretical part there is a literature review on the topic. It starts with an introduction to the concept of employee satisfaction, the factors that influence employee satisfaction and methods for analysing employee satisfaction. The theoretical part of the paper also discusses employee dissatisfaction and the consequences of increased employee dissatisfaction in an organisation. The last part of the thesis presents an analysis carried out in the selected organisation using the survey method and shows the state of employee satisfaction in the selected organisation.
