Izdelava spletnega mesta za študentsko društvo

Namen diplomskega dela je bil načrtovanje, izdelava in testiranje oblikovno-funkcionalnega prototipa spletnega mesta za študentsko društvo Lista demokratičnega študentstva. V teoretičnem delu smo preučili področja uporabniških vmesnikov in uporabniške izkušnje, načela oblikovanja uporabniških vmesnikov, pomen tipografije, barv ter predstavili orodje Figma. Postopek izdelave spletnega mesta za študentsko društvo je vključeval uporabo metod testiranja uporabnosti, kot sta hevristično ocenjevanje in testiranje uporabniške izkušnje, da bi ugotovili prednosti in slabosti konkurenčnih spletnih mest. Na podlagi rezultatov smo oblikovali novo spletno mesto tako, da je ustrezalo potrebam in željam ciljnega občinstva. Z naročnikom smo opravili strukturiran intervju in na podlagi tega določili ciljno skupino ter izdelali uporabniške profile. Med postopkom oblikovanja spletnega mesta smo se osredotočili na oblikovanje informacijske arhitekture, ki je odražala želje in potrebe potencialnih uporabnikov kot tudi naročnika. Nato smo določili vizualno podobo z izbiro ustrezne barvne palete in tipografije. S pomočjo izdelanih žičnih modelov smo nato oblikovali še končen funkcionalno-oblikovni prototip spletnega mesta v okolju Figma. Uporabnost novega spletnega mesta smo preizkusili s testiranjem uporabniške izkušnje ter opredelili nadaljnje izboljšave, ki bi jih naročnik lahko v prihodnosti uvedel v spletno mesto. Funkcionalno-oblikovni prototip spletnega mesta za študentsko društvo Lista demokratičnega študentstva bo v prihodnosti društvo implementiralo v okolju Wordpress in ga uporabljalo za svoje delovanje.

• Title: Creating website for student association

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis was to design, develop and test a prototype website for the student association Lista demokratičnega študentstva. In the theoretical part we studied the fields of user interface and user experience, principles of user interface design, effects of typography and colour, and introduced the platform Figma. The process of creating a website for a student association involved using usability testing methods such as heuristic evaluation and user experience testing, to identify the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' websites. Based on the results of the analysis, we then designed a new website to meet the needs and preferences of the target audience. We conducted a structured interview with the client to identify the target audience and create user profiles. During the website design process, we focused on creating an information architecture that reflected the wants and needs of potential users as well as the client. We then defined the visual identity by selecting an appropriate colour palette and typography. Using the wireframes we created, we then designed the final functional and design prototype of the website in the Figma environment. Finally, we tested the usability of the new website by testing the user experience, and identified further improvements that the client could introduce in future. The functional and design prototype of a website for the students' association Lista demokratičnega študentstva will be implemented in Wordpress and used by the association in the future.
