Abstract
Magistrsko delo opisuje postopek implementacije digitalnega dvojčka s programskim paketom Siemens, ki vključuje CAD okolje NX, povezovalno okolje SIMIT in okolje TIA portal namenjeno programiranju PLK. Namen dela je bil naučiti se uporabljati programski paket in razumeti njegovo delovanje, ter vpeljati tehnologijo digitalnega dvojčka v proces izdelave strojev v strojegradnji. V prvem delu je opisano teoretično ozadje tehnologije, s podanimi opisi posameznega programskega okolja. Opisan je primer stroja, ki smo ga pretvorili v digitalno obliko in simulirali njegovo delovanje. Prikazan je poglobljen postopek popisa gibajočih delov v okolju NX in uporabo povezovalnega okolja SIMIT za obdelavo in povezavo signalov s krmilniškim programom v okolju TIA portal. Na koncu je prikazan virtualni zagon stroja, s pomočjo pripravljenega uporabniškega vmesnika, ki omogoča krmiljenje stroja v ročnem in avtomatskem režimu ter omogoča odpravljanje in detekcijo zastojev stroja. V zaključku so opisane ugotovitve in možne izboljšave pri nadaljnjih projektih.

Title:Implementation of a digital twin on industrial application using Siemens programming environment
Abstract:
The master's thesis describes the process of implementing a digital twin using the Siemens software package which includes the CAD environment NX, the connecting environment SIMIT, and the TIA portal environment for programming PLC. The aim of the work was to learn how to use the software package and understand its operation to introduce the digital twin technology into the machine manufacturing process. The first part describes the theoretical background of the technology with descriptions of each software environment. An example of a machine that was converted into a digital form and simulated its operation is described. The detailed process of describing the moving parts in the NX environment and using the connecting environment SIMIT for processing and connecting signals with the control program in the TIA portal environment is shown. Finally, the virtual start-up of the machine is demonstrated using user interface which allows manual and automatic control of the machine, as well as troubleshooting and detection of machine faults. The conclusions describe the findings and possible improvements for future projects.
