The thesis examines brands, fashion, culture and class and their influence on the consumer decisions of Slovenian high school students. The clothes we wear, the furniture we fill our homes with, all the advertisements that cover the buses and every part of them are made up of brands that are directly represented by their logos. Today, fashion brands represent a multi-hundred billion dollar industry, employing millions of people worldwide and influencing consumers more than ever before. In addition to economic status, the culture and the place of residence also have a great influence on the fashion and styles of individuals. In the assignment, I mainly study how teenagers experience fashion and what most influences their consumer decisions.
