The aim of the paper is to establish the notion of "performative Slovenica" to complement the notion of "adminstrative Slovenica" so that a place in the research into the history of the Slovene administrative language can be granted to those expressions which were terminologized in the contexts of oral administration legitimized by personal ties, as well as of public speech more generally from the Early Middle Ages onwards. It should entail the expressions that play a part in the speech acts (prisegam), as well as those describing its contexts (pojezda).
