The paper discusses the poetic heritage in manuscript form of Alojzij Remec (1886-1952), born in Trieste. The material is housed in the Local Studies department of the Ivan Potrč Library in Ptuj. It encompasses over 250 poems in manuscript form, from which only a modest portion has been published in various journals and newspapers. The poems were written in four titled notebooks and in two collections on loose pages. In this paper, one of the collections from the latter is presented, which had most probably been prepared for print, since the poems are the author's copies from the notebook Verzi (Verses).
