Razglednice Spodnje Štajerske kot vir informacij o obdobju med letoma 1890 in 1918

Posebno vrsto rokopisov predstavljajo osebna besedila na poštnih karticah, ki so jih sprva imenovali listnice, zatem dopisnice in naposled razglednice. Le-te so v slovenskih krajih nastale proti koncu osemdesetih let 19. stoletja. Na nekaterih vzhodnoštajerskih primerih iz zbirke Osrednje knjižnice Celje je prikazana raznolikost besedil med letoma 1904 in 1918: od stila intelektualcev do naivnega pisanja slabo pismenega prebivalstva. Poudarjeni sta vrednost vseh različic osebnih besedil in raznolikost jezikovnih osebnosti.

Abstract

The paper deals with individual texts on postcards from the territory of Lower Styria sent between 1904 and 1918, which reflect various styles of writing - from intellectual to naive. As the genre "postcard" was at that time still in its early phases, there were no strict rules for writing them; additionally, the Slovene language was at that time far from being standardised. These factors contribute to a very diverse picture of the linguistic personalities of the respective writers in this open way of communication.
