Abstract
V gradbeništvu se pristop BIM vedno bolj uveljavlja kot prihodnost načrtovanja, gradnje in vzdrževanja gradbenih objektov. Medtem ko se je BIM že uveljavil pri konstrukcijah stavb in se uporablja tudi v praksi, se v infrastrukturi uveljavlja počasneje. V magistrskem delu se bom osredotočil na uporabo BIM pri izdelavi idejne rešitve, analiz in dokumentacije ter preučil, kakšne prednosti in slabosti prinaša uporaba tehnologije v postopek načrtovanja cestne infrastrukture. Raziskal sem tudi, kako lahko vključimo uporabo orodij BIM v načrtovanje okolice in dimenzioniranje križišč ter kako lahko z uporabo BIM-a investitorjem bolje predstavimo projektne rešitve ter vpliv na komunikacijo med udeleženci. V skupnem delu naloge demonstriram postopek, kako pridemo od projektne naloge do končne rešitve s pomočjo pristopa BIM. V magistrskim delom na praktičnem primeru izpostavljam možnosti in prednosti uporabe BIM-a pri načrtovanju križišč. V zaključnem delu naloge podajam možne izboljšave ter nadgradnje za bolj učinkovito uporabo BIM-a pri projektiranju cestne infrastrukture.

Title:
An example of the design of infrastructure of trading estating with BIM approach : Master thesis: no. 273/II. GR
Abstract:
In the construction industry, BIM environment is being increasingly recognized as the future of design, construction, and maintenance of buildings. While BIM is already well established for buildings with many practical applications, it is rather slowly introduced in infrastructure. In this master's thesis, I focus on the use of BIM tools in the development of conceptual design and production of documentation and on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages that BIM technology brings to the process of planning and design of road infrastructure. In addition, I also explore how can we incorporate BIM tools in the design of landscaping and intersection dimensioning, as well as how can we present our design to investors and what is the impact on communication between project stakeholders. In the concluding part of the thesis, I present the process from conceptual design to production documentation, which serves for the discovery of possibilities and advantages of BIM for road intersection planning Finnaly, I conclude with possible improvements and advancements of BIM in infrastructure.
