Primerjava učinkovitosti, težavnosti dela in obremenitev z ropotom pri sečnji z akumulatorsko in bencinsko motorno žago

Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo ugotavljali razlike v učinkovitosti in težavnosti dela ter obremenitvami z ropotom med delom z bencinsko in akumulatorsko motorno žago pri poseku dreves iglavcev in listavcev s prsnim premerom od tretje do šestnajste debelinske stopnje. Med desetdnevnimi terenskimi meritvami smo izdelali časovno študijo, opravili meritve pulza med delom in ropota pri sečnji z bencinsko žago Husqvarna 543 XP in akumulatorsko žago Husqvarna 540i HP, ob tem pa merili premere in dolžine izdelanih sortimentov za izračun učinkovitosti dela. Razlika v učinkovitosti dela v produktivnem času je med obema žagama statistično neznačilna, vendar pa splošnem višja pri delu z akumulatorsko žago kot pri delu z bencinsko motorno žago. V glavnem produktivnem času znaša učinkovitosti dela pri delu z bencinsko žago 6,15 min/t in pri delu z akumulatorsko motorno žago pa 5,77 min/t. Težavnost dela pri delu z akumulatorsko motorno žago je statistično značilno manjša od dela z bencinsko motorno žago, saj sta delovni in relativni delovni pulz v celotnem produktivnem času pri bencinski žagi znašala 49,4 u/min in 35,0 %, pri akumulatorski pa 45,9 u/min in 32,5 %. Obremenitve sekača z ropotom so nižje pri uporabi akumulatorske motorne žage in sicer za 5,3 dB(A) in 0,4 dB(C) v primerjavi z delom z bencinsko motorno žago. Rezultati magistrskega dela kažejo na ergonomske prednosti akumulatorskih žag, ki bodo igrale pomembno vlogo pri vse močnejši elektrifikaciji gozdarstva v prihodnosti.

Title:Comparison of efficiency, psycho-physiological and noise workload when felling with electric cordless and petrol chainsaw
Abstract:
In the master's thesis, weinvestigated differences in efficiency, psychophysiological workload and noise exposure between working with a gasoline-powered chainsaw and a battery-powered chainsaw when felling coniferous and deciduous trees with a breast diameter ranging from the third to the sixteenth thickness class. During ten days of field measurements, we conducted a time study, measured heart rate and noise exposure while felling trees with the Husqvarna 543 XP gasoline chainsaw and the Husqvarna 540i HP battery chainsaw, and measured the diameter and length of the produced assortments to calculate work efficiency. The difference in work efficiency during productive time between the two chainsaws is statistically insignificant, but generally higher when working with the battery chainsaw. During the main productive time work efficiency with the gasoline chainsaw was 6,15 min/t, and with the battery chainsaw was 5,77 min/t. The psychophysiological workload during felling with the battery chainsaw is statistically significantly lower than during felling with the gasoline-powered chainsaw, as the working and relative working heart rate during the entire productive time were 45,9 bpm and 32,5 % for the battery chainsaw, and 49,4 bpm and 35.0 % for the gasoline-powered chainsaw. The noise exposure of the worker is lower when using a battery-powered chainsaw, namely 5,3 dB(A) and 0,4 dB(C) compared to using a gasoline-powered chainsaw. The results of the master's thesis indicatetheergonomicadvantages of battery-powered chainsaws, which will play an important role in the increasing electrification of forestry in the future.
