Idejna zasnova trajnostne ekososeske na območju Farme Stična

V magistrskem delu je obravnavana ureditev trajnostne eko soseske na degradiranem in vizualno izpostavljenem območju nekdanje Farme Stična. Problematika trajnostnega urejanja okolja je v sodobnem času prisotna na vseh nivojih človekovega delovanja. Magistrsko delo se še posebej ukvarja s problematiko urejanja degradiranega območja v sodobnemu človeku prijazno sosesko, s posebnim poudarkom na oblikovanju trajnostne in ekološko naravnane skupnosti. V začetku naloge so najprej razloženi teoretski pojmi: trajnost, soseska in ekološki pristop k oblikovanju sosesk. Nadaljnje se naloga osredotoči na zgodovinski pregled oblikovanja naselij in sosesk z namenom razumeti, kako si človek od nekdaj do danes predstavlja življenje v trajnostnem, ekološkem in zdravem okolju. Na obravnavano temo nato razišče arhitekturni in urbanistični referenčni okvir, nato pa nastavi izhodišča za načrtovanje trajnostne ekososeske. Analitični del skozi različne analize opiše in razlaga širše in ožje vplivno območje lokacije Farme Stična ter nastavi povzetek in usmeritve za urbanistično oblikovanje. V urbanističnem delu naloge je opisana predlagana starostna in socialna struktura prebivalcev soseske ter njihove potrebe, koncept urbanistične zasnove ter predlagani urbanistični ureditveni načrt z urbanističnimi kazalci. V arhitekturnem delu magistrsko delo znotraj urbanističnega načrta bolj specifično definira uporabljene stavbne tipologije; vrstne hiše v zamaknjenih in linearnih nizih ter bivalno enoto za sobivanje, ki je tudi arhitekturni projekt magistrske naloge in je prikazana v grafičnem delu na nivoju arhitekturnih načrtov in vizualizacij. Tema trajnosti in trajnostnega urejanja okolja je tako široka, da magistrsko delo odstre le njen manjši delček in predstavlja temelj za nadaljnje osebno in poklicno udejstvovanje.

• Title: Conceptual design of a sustainable eco-neighborhood in the area of ??the Stična Farm

Abstract

The Master’s thesis deals with the theme of a sustainable eco-neighborhood in the degraded and visually exposed area of ​​the former Stična Farm. The problem of sustainable management of the environment is nowadays present at all levels of human activity. The master’s thesis is particularly concerned with the problem of re-designing a degraded urban area into a modern, human-friendly neighborhood, with a special emphasis on the creation of a sustainable and ecologically oriented community. At the beginning of the thesis, the theoretical concepts are first explained: sustainability, neighborhood and the ecological approach to the design of neighborhoods. Furthermore, the assignment focuses on a historical review of the formation of settlements and neighborhoods with the aim of understanding how people imagine life in a sustainable, ecological and healthy environment from the past to the present. It then explores the architectural and urban reference framework on the topic of sustainable design, and then sets the starting points for planning a sustainable eco-neighborhood. Through various analyses, the analytical part describes and explains influence area of ​​the Stična Farm location and sets a summary and guidelines for urban planning. The urban planning part of the Master thesis first describes the proposed age and social structure of the residents of the neighborhood, then the concept of urban design and the proposed urban development plan. In the architectural part, the assignment more specifically defines the used building typologies; terraced houses in arrays and a living unit for coliving. Co-living building is also an architectural project of the master’s thesis and is shown in the graphic part in form of architectural plans and visualizations. The topic of sustainability and sustainable management of the environment is so broad that the master’s thesis covers only a small part of it and represents the foundation for further personal and professional engagement.
