Abstract
Pri proizvodnji domačih produktov iz materialov, kot so aluminij, pertinaks in PVC, se srečujemo s težavo pri iskanju pravega dobavitelja, ki bo za nas izdelal produkte različnih materialov in da bodo hkrati narejeni v časovnih in finančnih okvirjih. Dandanes se namreč srečujemo z naraščanjem cen surovin, čakalne dobe za izdelavo izdelkov po naročilu pa so vse daljše. Zaradi želje po samooskrbi z izdelki smo načrtovali in izdelali CNC rezkalnik (ang. computer numerical control router, sl. računalniško numerično krmiljen rezkalnik). To je računalniško krmiljen stroj z rezkarji ali rezkalnimi glavami za obdelovanje kovin, lesa in drugih trdnih materialov. Na njem je možno rezkati z natančnostjo vsaj ± 0,5 mm. Zmožen je rezkanja v vse tri dimenzije prostora: dolžino, širino in globino [1]. V diplomskem delu je opisano načrtovanje in izdelava CNC stroja za rezkanje predmetov dimenzij do 750 x 750 x 100 mm (d x š x g). Ker je bil stroj v večini uporabljen za rezkanje lesa, pertinaksa in aluminija, je načrtovan tako, da bo konstrukcija prenesla sile rezkanja in nastale vibracije. Motor rezkar pa je zmožen rezkati v material s podano hitrostjo premika koračnih motorjev. S končnim izdelkom smo dosegli, da je stroj zmožen natančnega in učinkovitega rezkanja tudi v trdnejših materialih. Z njim lahko zadostimo potrebam po domači uporabi, hkrati pa je primerljiv s komercialnimi stroji vseh izvedb.

Title:CNC cutting machine for home use
Abstract:
In the production of domestic products from materials such as aluminium, pertinax and PVC, we face the problem of finding the right supplier who will produce products of different materials for us, in addition to the fact that the products are produced within the time and financial frameworks. Today, we are faced with rising prices of raw materials and waiting times for the sale of products to order are getting longer and longer. Due to the desire to be self-sufficient with these products, designed and manufactured a CNC router (eng. Computer numerical control router)It is a computer controlled machine with milling cutters or milling heads for machining metal, wood and other solid materials. It is possible to mill with an accuracy of at least ± 0.5 mm. It will be capable of milling in all three dimensions of space: lenght, width and depth. The thesis describes the design and manufacture of a CNC machine for milling objects with dimensions up to 750 x 750 x 100 mm (L x W x D). Since the machine will mostly be used for milling wood, pertinax and aluminium, it is designed in such a way that the structure will withstand the milling forces and the resulting vibrations. The milling motor is capable of milling into the material with the given speed of movement of the stepper motors. With the final product, I achived that the machine is capable of accurate and efficient milling even in harder materials. I achieved the desired needs for home use and also comparability with commercial machines of all designs.
