Abstract
Zaključna naloga obravnava raziskavo laserskega varjenja aluminijevih zlitin pri izdelavi zrakotesnega spoja. Namen naloge je izločiti proces lepljenja iz procesa spajanja ter uporabiti tehnologijo laserskega varjenja, ki v serijski proizvodnji nudi cenejše, časovno krajše in ponovljivo spajanje zrakotesnih spojev. Izdelan je bil načrt preizkusov, kjer smo spreminjali moč laserskega žarka in hitrost varjenja, spajanje pa smo opravili s sočelnim zvarnim spojem. Na osnovi preliminarne analize spojev smo glede na velikost zvara in delež poroznosti iz makroobrusov določili optimalne parametre laserskega varjenja. S temi parametri smo izdelali testne vzorce ter na njih preverjali vizualni izgled zvara in tesnost spoja na puščanje na preizkuševalni napravi ter s pomakanjem v vodo. Na osnovi analize rezultatov smo ugotovili procesne parametre laserskega ulitka in pločevine iz aluminijeve zlitine v prekrivnem spoju, pri čemer dosežemo zrakotesne spoje.

Title:Development of laser welding for the production of an airtight joint of aluminum alloy casting and sheet metal
Abstract:
The final thesis deals with the research of laser welding of aluminum alloys in the production of an airtight joint. The purpose of the thesis is to seperate the gluing process from the joining process and tu use laser welding technology, which in series production offers cheaper, shorter and repeatable joining of airtight joints. Based on our plan we were changing the power of the laser beam, the welding speed and the joining was done with a butt weld joint. Based on a preliminary analysis of the joints, we determined the optimal laser welding parameters based on the size of the weld and the propotion of porosity from macrosands. With these parameters, we made test samples and checked the visual appearance of the weld and the leak tightness of the joint on the testing device and by immersion in water. Based on the analysis of the results, we determined the process parameters of the laser casting alloy sheet in the overlaping joint, achiecing airtight joints.
