Abstract
V podjetju, ki se ukvarja pretežno z izdelavo električnih pogonov, imajo zaradi velike količine analiziranih podatkov pomembno vlogo informacijski sistemi proizvodnje. Podjetje deluje v avtomobilski branži, zato so IATF zahteve ter specifične zahteve kupca na visokem nivoju. Posledično je podjetje primorano zagotoviti popolno obvladovanje sistemov tudi na področju obvladovanja sledljivosti in sprememb, kar pa je mogoče doseči le z dovršenimi informacijsko tehnološkimi sistemi. V magistrskem delu smo na podlagi izbrane montažne linije analizirali tok informacij ter popisali obstoječe stanje sledljivosti in obvladovanja sprememb. Na osnovi ugotovitev smo predlagali informacijsko tehnološke izboljšave, ki vplivajo na obvladovanje toka informacij preko različnih informacijsko tehnoloških sistemov in rešitve za sistemsko obvladovanje sprememb. Ocenjujemo, da bo z upoštevanjem podanih izboljšav podjetje v prihodnje vzpostavilo poenoten sistem za integracijo proizvodne opreme. Prav tako se bo s sistemskim obvladovanjem konstrukcijskih in tehnoloških sprememb izognilo trenutnim težavam. Vpeljane izboljšave bodo za podjetje pomenile razbremenitev zaposlenih ter manjšo možnost napak in posledično reklamacij.

Title:Informational management of design and technological changes of the product
Abstract:
In a company that mainly deals with electric drive production, the production information systems play an important role due to the large amount of analysed data. The company operates in the automotive industry, so the IATF and customer-specific requirements are on a high level. Consequentially, the company must also ensure complete system control in the traceability and change control fields, which can only be achieved with sophisticated information technology systems. In the master's thesis, we analysed the information flow, based on a selected assembly line, and described the current traceability and change management states. Based on the findings, we proposed information technology improvements that affect the information flow management through various information technology systems, and solutions for a systemic management of the changes. We estimate that, by taking into account the suggested improvements, the company will establish a unified system for the integration of production equipment in the future. Likewise, with a systematic management of structural and technological changes, current problems will be avoided. The implemented improvements will relieve the company's workforce and reduce the likelihood of errors and, consequentially, reclamations.
