Naloga je razdeljena na 2 dela. V prvem delu je obravnavana teorija uskladiščenja izdelkov, postopki uskladiščenja, označevanje skladiščnih lokacij ter načini uskladiščenja blaga. Namen prvega dela je objasniti bralcu vlogo in pomembnost le-teh za učinkovito poslovanje skladišča. Drugi del se osredotoča na podjetje TNG OPREMA d.o.o. in sicer trenutno poslovanje skladišča, obravnavo sedanjih rešitev, ter predlaganje izboljšav. Namen je z uporabo Strenght Weaknesess Opportuinities Threaths (SWOT) analize predstaviti bralcu upravljanje skladišča z trenutnimi rešitvami in nato utemeljiti morebitne izboljšave.

Abstract

This paper is divided into 2 parts. The first part discusses the theory of product storage, storage procedures, storage locations, and methods of storing goods. The purpose of the first part is to explain to the reader the importance of these processes when operating a warehouse or storing goods in it. The second part focuses on the company TNG OPREMA d.o.o. namely, the current operations of the warehouse, consideration of current solutions, and suggestions for improvements. The purpose is to present to the reader the business of the company with current solutions, using a SWOT analysis and then to justify possible improvements.
