Geolokacijska igra kot način revitalizacije kozolcev v Zgornjesavski dolini

Abstract
Kozolci v Zgornjesavski dolini zaradi modernizacije v kmetijstvu izgubljajo svojo prvotno funkcijo. S pomočjo virov, literature in sedmih polstrukturiranih intervjujev z lokalnimi akterji sem ugotovil, da je njihov odnos do tovrstne dediščine pozitiven. Kozolci lahko nastopajo tudi v drugih funkcijah, ki omogočajo njihovo revitalizacijo: ohranjanje, interpretacija in izobraževanje. Analiziral sem podatke o stanju in materialih osnovnih elementov kozolcev, pridobljenih med letoma 2016 in 2020 na območjih Dovško polje, Rateče–Planica in Zgornja Radovna. Dodal sem podatkovni sloj o legi kozolca in ugotovil, da je od 200 popisanih 48 % tehnično delno oz. povsem ustreznih za izobraževalno funkcijo. Slednje sem združil v deset manjših območij in preverjal še vsebinski vidik. Največ relevantnih izobraževalnih vsebin je mogoče podati na območju Planice, celotnem Dovškem polju in osrednjem delu Zgornje Radovne. Na teh območjih sem izdelal štiri etape geolokacijske igre (misije) »Med zgornjesavskimi stogovi«. Vsebino igre sem pripravil s pomočjo virov in literature, fokusne skupine s štirimi zaposlenimi v Gornjesavskem muzeju Jesenice in nestrukturiranih intervjujev s petimi domačini. S terensko evalvacijo igre, v katero je bilo vključenih 121 osnovnošolcev s petih šol, sem ugotovil, da jih izobraževalne vsebine o tovrstni dediščini bolje motivirajo, če jih doživljajo izkustveno.

Title:Location-based game as a mode of revitalization of hay-racks in Upper Sava Valley
Abstract:
Hay-racks in the Upper Sava valley are losing their original function due to modernization in agriculture. With the help of sources, literature, and seven semi-structured interviews with local actors, I found that their attitude towards this type of heritage is positive. Hay-racks can have other functions that enable their revitalization: preservation, interpretation, and education. I analyzed the data on the condition and materials of the basic elements of hay-racks obtained between 2016 and 2020 in Dovško polje, Rateče-Planica, and Zgornja Radovna areas. I added a data layer on the location of the hay-racks and found out that of the 200 listed, 48% are technically partially or completely adequate for the educational function. I grouped the latter into ten smaller areas and checked the substantive aspect. The most relevant educational content can be found in the area of Planica, the entire Dovško polje, and the central part of Zgornja Radovna. In these areas, I created four stages of the location-based game (mission) »Among the Upper Savavian hay-racks«. I designed the game's content with the help of sources and literature, a focus group of four employees of the Upper Sava Valley Museum, and unstructured interviews with five locals. Through the field evaluation of the game involving 121 elementary school students from five schools, I found that educational content about this kind of heritage motivates them better/more if they perceive it experientially.
