The DevOps methodology, as a set of practices and development processes for software development, solves various problems in the area of collaboration between developers and IT operations. In our work, we focus on improving development processes in companies that use DevOps methodology, by analysing the opinions of different stakeholder groups. In our work, we carried out three case studies in two different companies. The approach presented enables management to make more informed decisions about investments in development process improvements. In addition, stakeholders are offered insight into the culture and organisation of the company, which can be addressed appropriately.
