Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje, sestavljanje in test polnilnice za električna vozila na izmenični tok. Pri načrtovanju so bili upoštevani standardi, ki določajo pravilno delovanje in povezovanje polnilnic v Evropski uniji in drugih državah. Začrtani in sestavljeni so bili vsi potrebni elementi za sestavo polnilnice z osnovnim delovanjem. Polnilnica je s pomočjo standardov združljiva z elek- tričnimi vozili in električno infrastrukturo v skladu z določbami države Slovenije in s tem tudi Evropske unije. Za varno delovanje naprave, varnosti uporabnika, vozila in priključene infrastrukture, so upoštevani varnostni predpisi določeni v standardih. Končni prototip polnilnice je opravil vse osnovne teste s pomočjo simulatorjev polnjenja ter tudi uspešno polnil električni avtomobil.

Title:Development of simple electric vehicle controller
Abstract:
The thesis presents the design, assembly and test of an AC electric vehicle charg- ing station. To ensure the correct operation and connection of filling stations in the European Union and other countries, appropriate standards were taken into account during the design. All the necessary elements needed for a basic filling station setup were chosen and assembled. With the help of standards, the charging station is compatible with electric vehicles and electric infrastructure in accordance with the Slovenia and European Union laws. For the device safe operation for the user, the vehicle and the infrastructure, the safety regulations specified in the standards were considered. The final charging station prototype passed all basic charging simulation tests and also successfully charged an electric car.
