Abstract
Delo je zasnovano na želji, da bi pri dotičnem stroju ugotovili delovanje krmilnika. Njegovo delovanje ni točno znano, zato se je tehnolog na potopni elektroeroziji o vrednostih nastavitvenih parametrov odločal na podlagi tehnoloških tabel in priporočil proizvajalca stroja. Zato se naloga posveti vplivu nastavitvenih parametrov na osnovne parametre in vplivu nastavitvenih parametrov na izhodne veličine obdelovalnega procesa. Metodologija, ki omogoča analizo vplivov, je metoda Taguchi. Metoda ponudi nize parametrov, na podlagi katerih izvedemo testne obdelave in analiziramo rezultate izhodnih veličin. Ugotovimo, da nastavljena hrapavost najbolj vpliva na proces erodiranja in na vse izhodne veličine.

Title:Influence of surface quality and gap on erosion time
Abstract:
This thesis is based on a determination of a controller. Controller's operation is not completely determined, therefore, the technologist's final decision on parameter settings for sinking electrical dischare machine comes from technological tables and manufacturers recommendations. The thesis concentrates on the infulence of parameters settings to it's basic settings and influence of parameters settings on output magnitude of the machining process. Methodology enabling the analysis of these influences is called Taguchi. The method offers a set of parameters, on the basis of which we perform the test processes and analyze the results of output magnitude. We find out that the set roughness affects erosion process and all the output magnitudes the most.
