Graščinski kompleks Pekel v Soteski: idejna zasnova

Magistrsko delo obravnava prostor ob reki Vipavi. Nekdanje dejavnosti mlinarstva, fužinarstva, ribogojstva, kovaštva, rokodelstva in živinoreje so opuščene. Delujoča je le mala hidroelektrarna. Območje je spomenik lokalnega pomena. Kompleks v Soteski je mogoče ponovno oživiti z izgradnjo prostorov ribogojnice ter istočasno ureditvijo obstoječih stavb v butični hotel z restavracijo. Nova peš pot preko reke Vipave bi omogočila lokalni skupnosti in obiskovalcem nove sprehajalne in kolesarske poti. Pekel bi se tako spremenil v rajsko destinacijo.

Abstract

A master's thesis deals with a place next to river Vipava. Former activities of flour milling, ironworking, fish farming, smithery, handicraft and stockbreeding are given up. Only small hydroelectric power station is workable. An area is monument of local meaning. It is possible to revive complex again with construction of places of fish farm and simultaneous order of existent buildings in the boutique hotel with a restaurant in Soteska. The new walk way across river Vipava would make the new walk ways and cycling ways possible for local community and visitors. Pekel would change into heavenly destination like this.
