Konstruiranje hidravlične nakladalne naprave za polnjenje bobnastega peskalnega stroja

Peskanje je postopek, s katerim obnavljamo površino ali pa jo pripravljamo za nadaljnjo obdelavo. V turbino priteče po cevi peskalno sredstvo, ki ga nato z veliko izletno hitrostjo meče na obdelovance. Bobnasti peskalni stroj z gumijastim trakom je idealen za čiščenje oziroma mikrokovanje obdelovancev, ki so proizvedeni v serijski proizvodnji in se jih lahko masovno obdeluje. Polnjenje tovrstnih strojev z obdelovanci je izvedeno s pomočjo hidravlične nakladalne naprave, ki je obravnavana v tem diplomskem delu. Predstavljen je trg tovrstnih naprav z različnimi kapacitetami polnjenja. Za napravo s kapaciteto polnjenja 600 kg so izvedeni preračuni obremenitev na posamezne sklope naprave. Prikazane so notranje napetosti in deformacije posameznih sklopov. Izdelane so shema in kosovnica hidravličnega sistema ter delavniška in sestavna dokumentacija naprave.

• Title: Designing of a hydraulic loading device for filling a tumble belt shot-blasting machine

Abstract

Shotblasting is a process by which a surface is restored or prepared for further processing. The abrasive flows through a tube into the turbine, and is then thrown at high speed onto the workpieces. The tumble belt shot-blasting machine with a rubber belt is ideal for cleaning or microforging of workpieces that are mass produced and can be processed in batches. The filling of such machines with workpieces is carried out with the help of a hydraulic loading device, which will be discussed in this thesis. The market for such devices with different loading capacities will be presented. For a device with a loading capacity of 600 kg, calculations of the loads on individual assemblies of the device have been carried out. Internal stresses and strains of individual assemblies are presented. A drawing of the hydraulic system as well as the technical documentation of the device were prepared.
