Abstract
V zadnjih desetletjih se združbe vse pogosteje srečujejo z dilemo, kako ravnati z ljudmi pri delu in kako doseči njihovo zadovoljstvo. Zaradi aktualnosti tematike in želje združbe po zagotavljanju pogojev, katerih rezultat so zadovoljni zaposleni, je bila prvič izvedena raziskava o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih pri delu v občinski upravi Občine Črnomelj. Glavni namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti stanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih v občinski upravi Občine Črnomelj s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, na podlagi ugotovitev pa oblikovati predloge ukrepov za izboljšanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih ter vodstvo občinske uprave spodbuditi, da se tovrstne raziskave začne izvajati redno. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil, s pomočjo domače in tuje literature s področja obravnavane tematike, predstaviti teoretično ozadje zadovoljstva zaposlenih pri delu, predstaviti Občino Črnomelj na splošno ter njeno strukturo organiziranosti in kadrovsko strukturo, predstaviti vidike in dejavnike zadovoljstva zaposlenih pri delu ter ocene vidikov zadovoljstva zaposlenih pri delu in jih ustrezno interpretirati. Pretežno sta bili v delu uporabljeni opisna metoda za namen študija in uporabe izbrane literature in metoda anketiranja za namen izvedbe raziskave. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so bili zaposleni najbolj zadovoljni z vidiki, povezanimi s kariernim in osebnim razvojem, z delovnim okoljem in splošnim zadovoljstvom, najmanj pa z vidiki, povezanimi s komunikacijo in medosebnimi odnosi. Ustrezna komunikacija in pozitivni medosebni odnosi vodijo ne samo k večjemu zadovoljstvu zaposlenih, ampak tudi k boljšemu delovanju združbe kot take. S praktičnega vidika so rezultati raziskave za združbo zelo koristni, saj bodo vodilnim v združbi omogočili boljši vpogled v dejansko stanje in omogočili, da pridobijo predstavo o pomembnosti vidikov zadovoljstva zaposlenih pri delu, torej o pomembnosti posameznih delov zadovoljstva zaposlenih pri delu.

Title:Analysis of job satisfaction in the municipal administration of the Municipality of Črnomelj
Abstract:
In past decades organizations have been facing a growing dilemma regarding human resources management, and facing the challenge of achieving satisfaction. Due to the growing importance of this topic coupled with organization’s goal to ensure the working conditions that would contribute to work satisfaction, the Municipality of Črnomelj executed a survey among its employees. The survey was conducted as part of the research for this thesis. Its objective was to gain insight into the level of job satisfaction among the employees at the administration of the Municipality of Črnomelj and use those findings to devise of ways to improve work satisfaction as well as to convince the municipal leadership to make such surveys part of the regular agenda. The goal of this thesis was to consult foreign and Slovenian literature on the researched topic in order to form a theoretical basis for understanding the concept of job satisfaction among the employees, to relate it to the Municipality of Črnomelj, its organizational structure, and its human resources capital, and to present the facets and factors that affect job satisfaction, and the findings on the factors affecting job satisfaction at the Municipality of Črnomelj. The methods used to achieve said goal were mainly the descriptive method used for studying the topic and reviewing literature, and a survey used to conduct research. The results of the survey showed that employees were most satisfied with aspects related to career and personal development, work environment and general satisfaction, and least satisfied with aspects related to communication and interpersonal relationships. Proper communication and positive interpersonal relationships lead not only to greater employee satisfaction, but also to better functioning of the association as such. From a practical point of view, research findings can be useful for the organization from the aspect of providing leadership with the insight into the current level of job satisfaction and the importance of the factors affecting it, specifically on each individual factor affecting job satisfaction among the employees.
