V diplomski nalogi so prikazane razmere in osnovni principi upravljanja nepremičnin v 3D okolju, ter evidentiranje lastninskih ter drugih stvarnih pravic v svetu in v Sloveniji. Izhajajoč iz obstoječe zakonodaje glede upravljanja z nepremičninami bodo predstavljeni in sistematično prikazane oblike lastnine in problemi povezani z njenim evidentiranjem in možnostmi prehoda iz 2D v 3D okolje registriranja nepremičnin.

Abstract

The diploma thesis presents the circumstances and the basic principles of property management in a 3D environment, and the recording of property and other rights in the world and in Slovenia. Based on the existing legislation concerning the management of real estate will be presented and systematically recorded forms of property. The problems associated with it is registration and possibilities of transition from 2D to 3D registration of real estate environment.
