The thesis contains the design of a container for dangerous liquids such as sodium hydroxide or phosphoric acid for storage and heating or cooling. In the introduction to the assignment, we presented the objectives of the assignment, then the basics of the pressure vessel. We also presented the Pressure Equipment Regulations, which are harmonized with the PED Directive. At the heart of the task, we made a recalculation of the pressure vessel according to the German AD2000 standard, where we obtained the necessary dimensions for the vessel to withstand certain parameters. We then evaluated the main parts of the container using an analytical and numerical approach. In conclusion, we compared the results of the analytical and numerical approach and showed the final design of the pressure vessel with the equipment that we designed in the 3D program.
