Abstract
Diplomska naloga opisuje postopek priprave prispevkov za slovensko Wikipedijo, v katerih poskušam opredeliti nekatere temeljne pojme s področja uporabnega jezikoslovja. Na podlagi pregleda angleškega wikipedijskega članka Applied linguistics in primerjave s slovensko Wikipedijo so bili izbrani štirje temeljni pojmi, zanje pa pripravljene štiri opredelitve, ki bodo objavljene kot samostojni wikipedijski članki ali kot dopolnitev že obstoječih člankov.

Title:Establishing and defining fundamental applied linguistics terminology for Slovenian Wikipedia
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis describes the process of preparing definitions of some fundamental notions from the field of applied linguistics to be used for the Slovenian Wikipedia. Based on a review of the English Wikipedia article Applied linguistics and a comparison with the Slovenian Wikipedia four notions were selected and four definitions were prepared for them, which will be published as independent Wikipedia articles or as additions to already existing articles.
