Tehnološki pristopi utrditve nosilne konstrukcije pri obnovi kamnite zidane zgradbe : diplomska naloga št.: 432/B-GR

V diplomski nalogi so obravnavani možni tehnološki pristopi pri obnovitvi starejše kmečke zgradbe zgrajene leta 1860. Zgradba je zidana iz kamnitih zidakov, povezanih z apneno malto ter ima medetažno konstrukcijo izdelano iz tesanih hrastovih tramov. Podrobno so predstavljeni tehnološki pristopi obnove oz. rekonstrukcije obstoječe medetažne konstrukcije in tehnološki postopki za utrditev zidovja. Pri medetažni konstrukciji so predstavljeni postopki utrditve obstoječe medetažne konstrukcije z izdelavo sovprežne konstrukcije ter postopki utrditve s pomočjo dodajanja slojev lesenih desk. Poleg obnove medetažne konstrukcije so podani in opisani tudi primeri medetažnih konstrukcij, s katerimi je mogoče obstoječo medetažno konstrukcijo zamenjati z novo. Pri utrditvi zidovja so predstavljeni: izvedba zidnih vezi, sistematično injektiranje zidov z nabrekajočo cementno malto ter izvedba t. i. hidrofobne bariere. Na koncu so podane, po mojem mnenju, najprimernejše rešitve za obravnavano zgradbo.

• Title: Technological approaches for strengthening the load-bearing structure in the reconstruction of a stone masonry building : graduation thesis no.:432/B-GR

Abstract

The thesis discusses possible technological approaches to the restoration of an older farm building constructed in 1860. The building is made of stone bricks bonded with lime mortar and has a mezzanine structure constructed with carved oak beams. The technological approaches to the reconstruction of the existing mezzanine structure and technological methods for strengthening the walls are presented in detail. In the construction of the mezzanine, the procedures for strengthening the existing mezzanine structure by creating a composite concrete - timber structure and the procedures for strengthening it with the help of adding layers of wooden boards are presented. In addition to the renovation of the mezzanine structure, examples of mezzanine structures that can be used to replace the existing mezzanine structure with a new one are given and described. When reinforcing the masonry, the execution of masonry ties, the systematic injection of walls with swelling cement mortar and the execution of the so-called hydrophobic barriers are described. At the end, the most suitable solutions for the building in question, in my opinion, are given.
