Project management is crucial for quality project completion and software solutions ensure the optimization of project management. There are many generalized software solutions for project management on the market, but companies are still deciding for personalized software solutions, which enable project management to be optimized for a specific service. This master's thesis presents the web application for project management, which was custom-implemented for the company Lipro, d. o. o. In addition to the description of all the technologies used for creating the application, the product requirements are also described in the thesis. The development of the product database using Microsoft Access is shown in detail. Some of the functionalities of the application are also described, such as the logic for login and submitting forms using PHP. At the end the user interface of the application and thus the entire final product are presented.
