Vpliv oveska na kakovost plodov jablane (Malus domestica Borkh.) sorte 'Bonita'

V magistrskem delu smo se osredotočili na vpliv oveska na kakovost plodov jablane sorte 'Bonita'. Vpliv oveska smo spremljali v dveh nasadih sorte 'Bonita', ki sta v prvi in tretji rastni dobi. Spremljali smo različne parametre kakovosti plodov, kot so velikost, masa in trdota mesa, DA-vrednost, vsebnost topne suhe snovi, škrobni test, delež ter intenziteta krovne barve. Prav tako smo spremljali tudi vsebnost sladkorjev, organskih kislin in skupnih fenolov v plodu. Optimalni ovesek smo podali kot število plodov na kvadratni centimeter preseka debla jablane. V nasadu prve rastne dobe smo postavili obremenitve z in 4 plodovi/cm2 preseka debla. V nasadu tretje rastne dobe pa so imele obremenitve 3, 6 in 9 plodov/cm2 preseka debla. Naše obremenitve v obeh nasadih niso bile dovolj velike, da bi prišli do točke, kjer se zunanja in notranja kakovost pridelka poslabšata. Pri tem je največja obremenitev, z 9 plodovi/cm2 preseka debla, imela najmanjše vrednosti pri nekaterih parametrih, ampak še vedno ne dovolj, da bi se pokazale statistične razlike med obravnavanji. V nadaljnjih raziskavah bi bilo pri sorti 'Bonita' treba preizkusiti še večje obremenitve z oveskom in te spremljati v nasadu polne rodnosti.

Abstract

With this master's thesis, we focused on the impact of crop load on the quality of the apple cultivar 'Bonita'. We monitored various parameters of fruit quality such as fruit size, weight and firmness, fruit maturation by DA-value, soluble dry matter content, starch content, percentage of blush. We also monitored the content of sugars, organic acids, and total phenols in the fruit. We monitored the crop load in two orchards of the 'Bonita' variety, which are in the first and second growing season. The optimal crop load weight was given as the number of fruits per square centimetre of trunk cross-section. In the orchard of the first growing season, crop load was set with 2 and 4 fruits/cm2 of trunk cross-section. In the orchard of the third growing season, the crop load was 3, 6 and 9 fruits/cm2 of trunk section. Crop loads set in this research in both orchards were not large enough to get to the point where the external and internal quality of the crop deteriorated. The largest crop load, with 9 fruits/cm2 of trunk cross-section, had the lowest values for some parameters, but still not enough to show statistical differences between treatments. In further research, it would be necessary to test even greater crop load on the 'Bonita' variety and monitor them in a full-yielding orchard.
