The diploma deals with the question of what happens to religion (more precisely, Christianity) with the development of artificial intelligence. It examines the relationship between Christianity and the rapidly developing artificial intelligence, and in doing so, questions are raised as to how Christianity "inspired" artificial intelligence and how it still shapes it today and drives its development in a certain direction. We will deal with these questions based on the concept of the afterlife, as understood by Christianity, in a relationship with artificial intelligence, which would like to achieve the elements of the mentioned concept in various ways, for example by ''transplanting'' consciousness, new virtual protos, etc. We will also look at how artificial intelligence is present in society and where transhumanism is located here, and what happens to the power of institutionalized Christianity with the development of artificial intelligence.
